Office:  office properties over $10 million in central business districts and premier suburban locations.
Industrial:  
warehouse/light industrial buildings and business parks.

Apartments: high-quality apartments with at least 150 units.  Rental communities should feature competitive amenities and be well located. 

Retail: grocery anchored neighborhood, community, power and lifestyle centers, and regional malls.

Value Added: Oak Creek Capital is pursuing value added acquisitions. 

 

                Health Care

Market:  leading market share

Brands:  established brands and/or strong customer relationships

Channels:  strong sales and distribution capabilities

Platforms:  potential for expansion into new products, services and technologies

Management: teams interested in retaining an ownership stake

Other:  Biotechnology, traditional healthcare facilities (hospitals, nursing homes) or early-stage companies must have positive cash flow.
