Apartments: high-quality apartments with at least 150 units. Rental communities should feature competitive amenities and be well located.
Retail: grocery anchored neighborhood, community, power and lifestyle centers, and regional malls.
Value Added: Oak Creek Capital is pursuing value added acquisitions.

Market: leading market share
Brands: established brands and/or strong customer relationships
Channels: strong sales and distribution capabilities
